Zeb and Tai in Wayrift. It's not much of a secret that they eventually become best friends, as unlikely as it seems from the start. They're very, very different but at the same time have so many things they can relate to.

It must be Tai's seriousness that brings out Zeb's playful side. Tai's just a prime target for that kind of thing, I suppose. At first, Tai would let Zeb have it, like he would anyone else who tried to mess with him. But Zeb didn't give up for some reason and started earning his way up the friendship ladder. Eventually, Tai grouchily tolerated Zeb. As even more time passed, Zeb has finally managed to teach Tai to loosen up and have some fun.

Sometimes.
